AllDental Travel www.alldentaltravel.com has been recognized with WhatClinic Patient Service Award 2022, an annual award based on patient service excellence ratings from healthcare search engine WhatClinic.

WhatClinic analyzed 12 months of data from users of its website including patient review scores, feedback data, and communication rates of listed clinics. In 2022, over 5 million people visited WhatClinic’s medical search directory to find and compare clinics, including ours.

AllDental Travel was only one of a small number of clinics on the website that met the high standards needed to qualify for the award. To receive the Patient Service Award 2022, the clinic should have a consistently high ServiceScore™ rating, which measures the clinic’s commitment to patient care over a whole year, and also receive exceptional feedback and reviews from potential and existing patients. This Award represents a long-term dedication of our entire team and focuses on creating positive patient experiences throughout their treatment journey.

I didn’t know what to expect when I first started treatment with implants, but the AllDental Travel Team explained everything they were going to do and put my mind at ease. The work was painless and I now have a nicely repaired tooth. Excellent visit to AllDental. I broke a tooth and the filling dropped out whilst working in Sofia. Was going to wait until I got back to the UK but after reading some of the reviews on WhatClinic I decided to contact AllDental and get things fixed. I got an instant reply and with some super smooth communication had an appointment booked with a confirmation by text and email. The clinic is ultra clean and modern. Service was super professional with the staff fluent in English (sadly my Bulgarian isn’t great). The work was painless and I now have a nicely repaired tooth! I’m planning to visit AllDental next time I’m working in Sofia for a clean and minor repair. Highly recommended!
