After you get in touch with us, we will answer all your questions and suggest you several treatment options depending on your individual needs and wishes. There will be always a web operator or AllDental Travel Ltd. partner (coordinator) who will answer your enquires 24/7. You should give at our disposal the necessary information – a medical record folder, panoramic X-rays. It will show the bones of the lower jaw and maxillary sinuses. Thus our dentist will be able to work out more precisely a treatment plan and a price quote.
Please send your dental X-rays to our e-mail. If you can’t send it in digital form, just take a picture of it during daylight in front of the window.
2. After checking your enquiry, you will receive an answer by our dentists the very next day.
We will also send you an e-mail with your dentist(s)‘ detailed profile (education, qualifications, experience) as well as pictures of the clinic and the staff and real pictures of our patients before and after their treatment. We will discuss on where you want to stay and what kind of holiday you prefer.
3. You’ve decided that we would take care for your oral health. Please confirm it.
We are waiting for your confirmation on our e-mail or by phone call. It’s not necessary to pay a deposit. If you decide to cancel your trip for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible before the trip.
4. Welcome to Bulgaria! Personal meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
As soon as you land on the international airport of Sofia (SOF) you will be met by AllDental Travel Ltd. representative, bringing a sign board with our logo and your name neatly written. Then you will be transported to your hotel for accommodation.
