How do I get a quote ?

There are two ways to get our quote: you can send us your OPG (an orthopantomogram, a panoramic x-ray of your teeth, not older than 6 months) or come to us for a first checkup. In some cases we can also give you an estimate from costs based on a quote made by another dentist. Without the OPG, the first visit or quote from another dentist, we cannot give you an estimate.

What is a panoramic X-ray ( OPG ) ?

The orthopantomogram, or simply the OPG is a panoramic dental X-ray of the upper and lower jaw. It shows the bones of the mandible and maxillary sinuses on a single x-ray film. Dentists use it to evaluate the status of all the teeth and the surrounding bone structures.

How do I send you my OPG ?

You can send us your OPG via email. If you want to send us your X-rays via email you need to take a photograph of it, turning it towards a source of light and email us the photos. Our doctors will assess the situation and decide on the best solution for you. After a few days, you will receive our offer. We will clearly indicate the planned dental work and the schedule of your treatments.

Is it enough to have OPG for an accurate assessment or the treatment plan and costs may change ?

Any quotes given after the assessment process will be based on the information and x-ray presented. Only after you have consulted and have had examination with the actual dental specialist, the final treatment plan and costs will be determined. Exceptionally, in rare cases an additional problem may present unexpectedly during initial examination, in which case the patient will be informed of the nature of the extra expense involved (if any).

Is it free the initial examination in your clinics?

Initial examination from our dental specialists is free.The first visit at our dental clinics is free. The visit begins with new OPG from which the dentist see the general state of your teeth. After the visit and a brief conversation with you the dentist will give you an offer on which he will clearly indicate the treatments which he has planned for you and the schedule of your treatments.

Where are your dental clinics located ?

Our clinics are located in Sofia, Varna and Bourgas. Eventhough the biggest clinics we work with are in Sofia, the method of work with our dental clinics in Varna and Bourgas is identical. The clinics in Varna and Burgas are part of our clinics network and the prices and services are coordinated accordingly as in Sofia.

How can I get to your clinics ?

Bulgaria is well connected to all major European cities, both with national and low-cost airlines. You can reach our clinics by flying to Sofia, Varna and Bourgas. We are able to organize transport from airports, bus or train stations to our clinics. Usually we provide free transport but it depends on the distance, number of people using it and from the procedures that will be performed.

Is the accommodation free ?

We provide free accommodation (limited availability for patients who spend more than 6000 €) for you and your companion in one of our partner hotels near the AllDental Travel Ltd. clinics. Our mission is to provide a complete and high quality service to all our patients. We have selected the hotels to be close to clinics, equipped with all necessary facilities.

What are the payment options ?

Payment is made preferably in cash – EURO. This is the cheapest and most reliable option. We accept also Visa, Mastercard & Diners Club cards but with a 4% added surcharge. In this case the transaction will be in Bulgarian Leva (we apply our daily bank Ask Rate) and currency exchange differences will occur as well. Keep in mind that some EU banks charge additional fees (up to 2.99%) for transactions.
